Mbizana Athletics Hub:
Mbizana Athletics Hub is based at Kwa Impisi in the Alfred Nzo District and comprises mostly of Middle Distance Runners.
A total of 20 athletes (males and females) aged between 10-19 years forms part of the Hub.
Mr N.X Mlindazwe is assigned the role of Head Coach.
He is responsible for the technical/tactical developments of the programme.
The group of athletes train 3-4 days a week under the guidance of the Head Coach.
